RIPPLE SALVO… #595… "THE VIETNAM DISSENT"… a house divided… Dr. Spock: "Johnson is the enemy."…NYT: Posts a hand wringing sermon of empty gobbledegook that says: We need a strategy that could unite the nation, a strategy now nowhere to be seen… but first…
Good Morning: Day FIVE HUNDRED NINETY-FIVE of another look at a brutal chapter of American and world history from the perspective of 50 years later…
Thanks to Carl….Today's car would not make the first puddle
(Amazing for narrow tires and rear wheel drive!!)
Oil Field Dodge
A 1920's vintage Dodge Brothers sedan with "Oil Field Dodge" painted on it's side shows us how the old timers four wheeled it through muddy fields and roads. This Dodge is on a mission to get to the gushing oil well in this film which was apparently some sort of promotional video for the car. It certainly looks like the Dodge was a well built car that was rugged enough to survive some terrible off road driving conditions.
She's voted against EVERY Veterans bill, but claims it's Trump who disrespects Veterans??
What a piece of work!
If you dont listen to anything else today, please listen to General John Kelly who spoke today
The Air Force could recall up to 1,000 retired pilots after President Donald Trump signed an executive order aimed at addressing what the Pentagon has described as an "acute shortage of pilots."
A Pentagon spokesman, Navy Cmdr. Gary Ross, said in a statement that the Air Force is currently "short approximately 1,500 pilots of its requirements."
"We anticipate that the Secretary of Defense will delegate the authority to the Secretary of the Air Force to recall up to 1,000 retired pilots for up to 3 years," Ross said. "The pilot supply shortage is a national level challenge that could have adverse effects on all aspects of both the government and commercial aviation sectors for years to come." – Fox News

George Soros is not a Hungarian-born heavyweight. We need to call him for what he is, a former Nazi, a national socialist, who is funding leftist unrest and a movement to undermine liberty and individual freedom. How damn oxymoronic that Soros funds an organization called Planned Parenthood, founded by a white supremacist and racist…yet he also funds a group called Black Lives Matter? Black Lives did not matter to Margaret Sanger, so which black lives matter to George Soros? And there are the sheep who blindly follow this folly, like the sheep they are to the slaughter.

Pirro: Obama, Clintons 'Sold Us Out Our Uranium and With It, the Security of Our Nation'
by TRENT BAKER21 Oct 2017
Saturday on Fox News Channel's "Justice," host Jeanine Pirro used her "Opening Statement"  to discuss Russian interests in acquiring Uranium One.
"Obama and the Clintons sold us out our uranium and with it, the security of our nation," Pirro began.
"Folks, context is everything," she added. "The backdrop of the sale of 20 percent of America's uranium to the Russians was Putin's ongoing racketeering enterprise that the Obama inner circle knew about. And the FBI and our Department of Justice was actually monitoring and investigating and yet, subsequently allowed the transfer to Russia."
(When will the DOJ get serious on this treasonous subject?)

Araprosdokians are figures of speech in which the latter part of a sentence is unexpected.
Winston Churchill loved them.
Some examples:
1.   Where there's a will, I want to be in it.
2.   Since light travels faster than sound, some people appear bright until you hear them speak.
3.   If I agreed with you, we'd both be wrong.
4.   War does not determine who is right - only who is left.
5    Knowledge is knowing a tomato is a fruit.  Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad.
6.   They begin the evening news with 'Good Evening,' then proceed to tell you why it isn't.
7.   To steal ideas from someone is plagiarism.  To steal from many is called research.
 8.   In filling in an application, where it says, 'In case of emergency', notify:  I put 'DOCTOR.'
 9.    I didn't say it was your fault, I said I was blaming you.
10.   Women will never be equal to men until they can walk down the street with a bald head and a beer gut, and still think they look sexy.
 11.   Behind every successful man is his woman.  Behind the fall of a successful man is usually another woman.
 12.   A clear conscience is the sign of a bad memory.
 13.   I used to be indecisive.  Now I'm not so sure.
 14.   Nostalgia isn't what it used to be. Nor is there any future in it.
 15.   Change is inevitable, except from a vending machine.
 16.   Going to church doesn't make you a Christian any more than standing in your garage makes you a car.
 17.   Finally: I'm supposed to respect my elders, but it's getting harder and harder for me to find one now.
 And my personal favorite:
I am not arguing with you, I am explaining why you are wrong.
